Our complete capabilities include:

• CNC Milling – We have 8 machines consisting of 3 and 4 Axis simultaneous milling. Our two largest machines have working envelopes of 120”×40” and 85”×71”.

• CNC Lathe – Elite Tool has 2 Mazak turning machines one of which is equipped with a bar feeder. We can handle complicated one-off’s and large production runs.

• CMM Inspection – Our climate controlled inspection area houses a Mitutoyo CMM and a Faro Arm. We also use Verisurf software for solid model inspection.

• Manual Machining – Our experienced craftsman work with a full range of Manual equipment including Mills, Lathes, Hones, and Grinders fulfilling a multitude of machining services from basic to advanced.

• Abrasive Waterjet – Our 80160 Omax is one of the largest waterjets in the area. With over 5 years experience in this area we have become very efficient in utilizing this tool.

• Metal Fabrication – We employ only the best Fabricators in the area and our skilled staff can weld steel, aluminum, stainless, and a wide variety of other metals and alloys. Most with up to a 6G certification. We are not limited by size or weight as the Fab shop occupies 10,000 sq ft of our facility. We also have sheet metal and painting capabilities in this department as well.

• Assembly – As a value added service we have a climate controlled area in which we put together and package a variety of components for our customers. We can perform full assembly of components or a kitting of assembly details to your specifications.
